Ten-shilling Soldier-use Currency
In the summer of 1775 Revere was asked to print notes for pay for newly enlisted soldiers. Effectively a "Bill of Credit" the May 25th note promises to pay a soldier ten shillings at the end of a year. The note is unnumbered and unsigned indicating that it was never issued.
